Imagine it's your wedding morning, you actually slept last night (after a few giggles with the girls, of course). You’ve had your long, refreshing shower, and the scent of coffee drifts through the house. The playlist you made weeks ago is already playing, the girls are wrapped in their satin robes, and the bridal breakfast feast is underway.
The timings are sorted, everyone knows their place, and the only thing left to do is enjoy it. Laughter, champagne, that shared sense of “this is really happening.” All the planning, all the decisions done. Now it’s about being present in the moment.
When I arrive, it’s never with a rush or a sense of the clock ticking. It’s with ease, because we’ve already done the work together.

By now, you’ve probably gathered, I’m not the type to just turn up, do hair, and leave.
I’m there for the morning, the laughs, the nerves, and of course, I’m there for the little things too.
The steady hands for your veil, last minute tweaks, I even have that tiny crochet hook, I carry for those delicate French buttons on your dress. It’s all part of the morning magic.
Even after all these years, wedding mornings still give me goosebumps. It’s what I like to call a touch of savoir faire, that blend of instinct, artistry, and ease that turns a beautiful moment into something unforgettable and sometimes even have a tear.
I’m a London-trained, accredited bridal hair specialist and qualified hairdresser with over twenty-eight years in the industry, and I’ve truly seen it all. From classic chignons in Monaco to soft romantic waves at the Chateaux in Gascony.
I’ve mastered how to work with every hair type and texture, with a deep respect of every culture and tradition. Nothing phases me now, just calm hands and a big heart for whatever the day brings.
P.S. When I’m not styling or creating, you’ll probably find me with a glass of red wine, a wedge of cheese, and a Netflix series I’ve promised myself I’ll only watch one more episode of.
I’m Emma Louise a London-trained, accredited bridal hair specialist with over twenty-eight years in the industry. Before moving to Australia, I spent several years working within the French wedding industry, styling destination brides from all over the world in some of the most beautiful settings, from relaxed countryside celebrations to elegant château weddings.
My work has taken me from timeless chignons in Monaco to soft, undone waves in the south of France, and everything in between.
Working across different cultures, hair types, and traditions has taught me how to adapt, stay calm, and create styles that not only look beautiful, but truly last through every moment of the day.
Even after all these years, wedding mornings still give me goosebumps. Because for me, it’s never just about the hair, it’s about how you feel, and that moment you see yourself and light up with confidence.

It’s relaxed, organised, and leaves plenty of room for the fun part, the laughter, the little moments of chaos, someone inevitably misplacing the Prosecco, and that grin that sneaks up on you when it all starts to feel real.
Before the day, we’ll create a prescriptive hair care plan to get your hair in its best condition for your chosen style, we’ll talk colour, treatments, and prep so your hair looks its absolute best when it matters most. We’ll go through timings, trials, and all the little details that make the morning seamless. By the time your day arrives, the whole thing just flows.
My job then is to keep the nerves low, the music playing, and the laughter rolling while you relax and let it all unfold. By the time you’re slipping into your dress, it won’t feel like a schedule, it’ll feel like a little magic, a little calm, and a whole lot of freedom.

For some brides, it doesn’t just start on the wedding morning.
If you’d like to, I can look after your hair in the lead-up too, from your colour and prep appointments through to your final style, so everything works together.
Appointments are held at the new luxury salon space at E23 Hair on Raby Bay marina, so it’s a chance to slow down a little, feel looked after, relax and enjoy the process.
Originally from London, and having spent years working within the French wedding industry, destination weddings have always been a big part of what I do. I’ve worked with brides travelling from all over the world, so I understand the time zones, the unknowns, and the trust it takes when you’re booking suppliers you haven’t met in person.
A climate you’ve never styled your hair in… different water, different conditions… and so many decisions without being there to see it all. I get it.
Before moving to Australia, I spent years styling brides flying into France for their weddings. Online consults, time zone juggling, guiding everything from afar… it’s second nature to me now.
I now offer my signature experience for international brides travelling to Australia, as well as those planning destination weddings across Europe and the islands.
So wherever you’re getting married, you feel supported, understood, and beautifully prepared long before you arrive.
